Informed Consent to Be Contacted by Telephone

We collect your personally identifiable information when you utilize the Application Services and other Adduco Offerings featured on the Site. We may also collect your personally identifiable information when you otherwise agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, but do not complete the applicable registration process in full. Collection of Anonymous Information and Cookies

If you do not provide us any of your Personal Information, we are limited in the information that we may collect from you. For example, we may be able to determine your IP address when you access the Site for the purposes of administering the Adduco Offerings and tracking Adduco Offerings usage. However, your IP address may vary each time you visit the Site or it may remain the same depending on the type of Internet connection you are using or the location from which you access the Site. We may also collect information about the websites that directed you to the Site after you clicked on a text or banner link or an ad from another website, or the day and time you visited the Site and how long you spent on the Site. Adduco and Third Party Behavioral Tracking/Do Not Track

The information that you must supply on any application hosted by the Advocate(s) shall be determined by the applicable Advocate(s) and any information that you subsequently supply to any Advocate(s) shall be governed by such Advocate(s)' privacy policy(ies). Please be advised that Adduco does not itself provide education-related products and/or services. The Advocate Services will be provided by the Advocates, and the ultimate terms and conditions of the Advocate Services will be determined by those Advocates.

We will also use your personal information for customer service, to provide you with information that you may request, to customize your experience on the Site and/or to contact you when necessary in connection with transactions entered into by you on the Site. We may also use your personal information for internal business purposes, such as analyzing and managing the Adduco Offerings.
